Soldier City Fitness is a fitness program that focuses on three key concepts: constantly varied, functional movements, and high intensity. Constantly varied means that your workouts are different every single day and are tailored to the individual. We use safe and efficient, functional movements, similar to those you use in your daily life. And finally, we perform our movements at intensity levels adjusted to challenge the individual and safely improve fitness. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or get a better understanding of fitness and wellness, this program is for you!
