FAQ’s

Classes start on the hour. Our coaches first discuss the warm up and all participants then perform the warmup together. After the warmup, our coaches will then walk you through stretching or strength exercises and then further, the workout. Our members always start the warmup and the workout together after detailed instructions, explanations, and demonstrations. You will never feel lost, confused, or overwhelmed with the workout. Remember, we are here to make you stronger; physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Absolutely!!! Our programming is for everyone! Our workouts are tailored to the individual so that each person can work at their own level of challenge but still get in a great workout. It does not matter if you are a marathon runner, weight lifter, sedentary or somewhere in between. If there are any medical conditions or previous injuries that might affect you from performing certain movements/workouts, please let a coach know so they can make sure your workout is tailored to your abilities, but will still challenge you and give you a great workout.

Andrew is the owner/head coach and has been operating Soldier City Fitness for over seven years. During that time, Andrew and our coaches have helped numerous people meet their fitness goals, whether it be to lose weight, gain muscle, or just help them get motivated to get moving.
